Pastor Marc G. Monte was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. After accepting Christ at the age of 13 he was enrolled into Fourth Baptist Christian Day School. Pastor Monte was greatly influenced by his boyhood pastor, Dr. Richard V. Clearwaters.

Pastor Monte is a 1989 graduate of Bob Jones University (Summa Cum Laude), holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible. He graduated from Pensacola Theological Seminary in 2007 with a Master of Ministries degree. In addition, he was awarded an honorary doctorate in 2005 for work related to exposing the dangers of radical Islam in America.

At age 21, (1988) he accepted his first pastorate with Forestview Baptist Church in Concord, North Carolina and served as their pastor for 4 years. He then became Assistant Pastor at Calvary Baptist Church in Robbinsdale, Minnesota for 5 years. He presently serves as Pastor of Faith Baptist Church in Avon, Indiana since 1998.

Pastor Monte also serves on the board of Directors for Good News Ministries, Indiana Baptist College, and Ambassador Baptist College. He teaches regularly on the college level and is an adjunct faculty member of Pensacola Theological Seminary.

Pastor Monte and Kelli have been married for 20 years and have two teenagers, Thomas and Matthew.

Peter Lopez III was born and reared in Edinburg, Texas located in the southern tip of Texas also known as the Rio Grande Valley. He was saved, at the age of eight years old, due in part to the influence of Christian parents and a loving church. At the age of eighteen, while playing college basketball for and attending a secular university, the Lord called him to preach and led him to Indiana Baptist College in Greenwood, Indiana. He graduated from IBC with honors majoring in Bible with a minor in Greek. Pastor Lopez is currently enrolled in the masters program of Pensacola Theological Seminary.

Pastor Lopez first served as Pastor's Assistant to Pastor Dale Yontz at Harvest Baptist Church in Edinburg, Texas. He then served as Youth Pastor of Fellowship Baptist Church in Trafalgar, Indiana under Pastor Ed Pearson. He has been on the staff of Faith Baptist Church of Avon since 2001.

The larger part of Pastor Lopez's ministry has been centered on reaching the community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As assistant pastor and youth pastor his emphasis has always been on the outreach of the church. This emphasis has given him the opportunity to create and run childrens and teen programs. He has also hosted outreach campaigns for teenagers and adults. Pastor Lopez has also started or revived a bus ministry for each church, and organized a church-wide visitation program.  Pastor Lopez also leads church mission trips and has assisted with several international church plants.

Pastor Lopez and his wife, Denise, have been married since September of 2001. They have two children, Petey IV and Josie.

Morris D. Hunsucker Sr. was born and raised in rural South Carolina. He accepted Christ as his personal Savior in the summer of 1973. Due to the influence of his Pastor and Youth Pastor at the Florence Baptist Temple in Florence, S.C. he immediately began to pursue a deeper relationship with God. Less than a year after he was saved, he was called to the ministry and immediately made plans to attend Bible College.

He pursued his theological training at Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO where he graduated in 1977. Following his College graduation, Pastor Morris, as he has come to be known, served for ten years as Youth Pastor in three different churches in Ohio and Indiana. He was ordained to the Gospel Ministry in 1979 at Bible Baptist Church in Michigan City, Indiana. In 1988, Pastor Morris was called as the assistant Pastor of Eagledale Baptist Church (now Crosspointe Baptist) in Indianapolis, Indiana. He served faithfully on staff at Eagledale with Dr. Warren P. Dafoe for almost twenty years. At Eagledale, he started and developed the Single Adult Ministry, and then the Young Married Ministry. During his last two years at Eagledale, Pastor Morris was also Director of one of the largest and fastest growing Reformers Unanimous chapters in the United States. Reformers Unanimous is a Christ centered addictions program that directs the addicted back to God's support group, the local church.

In November of 2006, Pastor Morris accepted a call to minister to men and women as the National Director of the Reformers Unanimous Schools of Discipleship in Rockford, Illinois. His duties at Reformers Unanimous International included Director of the Men and Women's Discipleship Homes as well as Director of the Men's and Women's Graduate Programs.

Because of his work with the Young Married Ministry and the R.U. addictions program, Pastor Morris has continued to develop his skills as a Biblical counselor. Pastor Morris is a Level 2 Certified Biblical Counselor with the National Association of Nouthetic Counselors (NANC), and a Certified Pastoral Counselor with the International Association of Biblical Counselors (IABC). He is also a member in good standing with the Association of Biblical Counselors (ABC).

Pastor Morris has served in the pastoral ministry as a Senior and Assistant Pastor for over 30 years. He has been on the staff of Faith Baptist Church since December of 2007. Besides his duties as one of Pastor Monte's Assistants, Pastor Morris also teaches the Auditorium Bible Class, heads up the Best Years Fellowship (BYF) ministry and handles most of the church counseling.

Pastor Morris and his wife, Becky, have been married for over thirty-four years. They have two children and six Grandchildren. Together, Pastor Morris and Becky have many years of experience in helping train young Christians to develop a deeper relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. They are thankful for the opportunity to serve the Lord here at Faith Baptist Church.

Jason was born in Indianapolis, IN and raised in the nearby town of Clermont. He came to trust Christ as his Savior as a child and was soon baptized. He married his high school sweetheart, Melissa, in September 1999, and they have been blessed with 3 children, Emma, Ethan, and Grant.  He began his Bible education at Indiana Baptist College, and finished his undergraduate studies at Hyles-Anderson College.  Jason served as the Outreach and Youth Director at Mars Hill Baptist Bible Church for 5 years. The Wall family came to Faith Baptist in October 2005, where he serves as an Assistant Pastor and Youth Pastor.  In his spare time, he plays basketball, attends sporting events, and enjoys hunting.

Josh Lynn was born in Illinois and raised in Illinois and Florida. He was saved at the age of seven at his home church in Rockford, Illinois. He began learning music in sixth grade, using his abilities to minister at his home church in Florida. His high school band director and youth pastor cultivated his interest in music and ministry leading him to pursue a college degree in music.

In 2008, Mr. Lynn graduated Summa Cum Laude from Indiana Baptist College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education. He is currently enrolled at Pensacola Theological Seminary pursuing a Master of Sacred Music degree. Upon receiving his undergraduate degree, he began an internship at Faith Baptist Church. In September 2008, Mr. Lynn joined the staff as Music Director and Business Administrator.

Mr. Lynn and his wife, Becky, have been married since January, 2010. They have three children.

Peggy's earliest memories of church on Sundays are of a little house on 34th street in Indianapolis when she was four years old. That little church later grew into what was known as Eagledale Baptist Church (now Crosspointe Baptist Church). The influence of Pastors Warren Dafoe Sr. and Jr., and later Wayne Dafoe, her youth pastor, has been an immeasurable factor in her life, the greatest influence, however, having been her music pastor, Larry Brubaker. It was he who taught her the joy of serving the Lord by teaching her to accompany various choirs and vocalists as a young teenager. Peggy got saved at the age of 15 and 2 years later surrendered her life to God's service. At the urging of Pastor Larry Brubaker, she went off to Bob Jones University where she graduated and has since served the Lord in numerous capacities including Christian school teacher, church secretary, and children's choir director.

Trent Yarber was born in Lebanon, IN and grew up attending Mts Runn Baptist Church. Trent came to know the Lord at age 12 while attending Hoosier Hills Baptist Camp. Trent is the bus captain for route Elijah. Shannon was born in Danville, IN. Shannon was saved in the fourth grade and made assurance of her salvation in 2002. Trent and Shannon were married at Faith in June 2001 by Pastor Monte. Trent and his wife Shannon have been attending Faith Baptist since 2003.  They have one son Isaiah.
